Greetings to you all and happy October!

To all our posters last month: you did the Dragon an honor.  That was some great work we got to see.  Thank you to all who shared!

This month we're keeping it simple with desert and urban camouflage schemes.  Generally not the most colorful of schemes, but no less important should your Mech find itself in those environments.  However, as it is October, if you should happen to have minis with some Halloween flavor, please share those as well.  What have we got out here this time? ^-^

For myself, I've got a Project Phoenix Goliath that I made an attempt at a scheme for being in very sandy desert.  I don't have anything done specifically for Halloween, but I've got an Atlas that kinda fits the theme.

Next month get your snake charming gear ready as Clans Cloud Cobra, Steel Viper, and Star Adder stop by.  That will be followed up with the Federated Suns in December (with a Christmas bonus round).  Have a great month all!

Now, show us the minis!

Here's my Desert guys. Periphery mercs post-Jihad called, "Dorsey's Dragoons", or "The Doudle Ds", or "Devil Dogs" amongst each other.

No Halloween themed miniatures, but a few desert style tanks (although the Typhoon and Galleon are originally slated for the 15. Deneb Light Cavalry, the Enyo is part of the Hells Horses Delta).

Desert! Well, I've got the 5th Alliance Guards in a desert scheme inspired by Kuwaiti armour:

And the ComStar 504th Division "Gateway" in Western Desert camo

15th Deneb Light Cavalry in stock tan go well in desert environments

As does this reconnaissance battalion from the 12th Galedon Regulars

The closest I have to a Halloween theme is the middle chap here

Some of the first 'Mechs I ever painted! Really wish I had managed to bring them to a full lance in size, but without the original spray paint, and the custom wash that I mixed up, I fear it would never work out like I would hope.

A company, and attached short lance, that I put together out the a used book and game shop find. All third edition plastics, so this was a fun little force just to give me some unseens in a generic scheme! Don't be fooled, these look much nicer in the pic because of my phone's ability to do an automatic color balance on photos. They are maybe half this pretty!

I started a Stiener urban camo unit a while back. Only finished 2 of the mechs before my eyes crossed and I went insane...
