Where can I find additional army lists?

I have bought Alpha Strike and the rulebook has a number of army lists ready to play. It also mentions that you can find more army lists in other products.

Can somebody advice me on where to find more of those? Are there more in other books? Can they be downloaded somewhere?...

By the way, is there a place to find Alpha Strike scenarios? Are the Battletech scenarios that are included in several sourcebooks easily translatable into Alpha Strike scenarios?

The army lists mentioned as upcoming in the Alpha Strike rulebook morphed in to the Combat Manuals, the first of which was just released as a beta. They have standard lances which can be assembled in to companies, or a much wider variety of options for constructing a force.

There is a series of posts on this forum (A Call to War) where many players have done forces similar to the AS rulebook example companies.

Most scenarios are pretty easy to translate.  There's usually some issues that need to "house ruled". If a scenario applies damage, or restricts weapons or something. Timing is usually a little different, things tend to blow up quicker in Alpha Strike, so you might want to lower any time limits to destroy things. (If the time limit is to cross a map, that may require the same amount of time).
