To which Clan does the Pershaw Bloodhouse belong?
The first, Zivko Pershaw, belonged to the founders of Clan Star Adder.
Unknown - it's not stated definitively anywhere in canon.
But all members of the Pershaw bloodhouse we have been told so far belong to Clan Jade Falcon (Clan Invasion Era, Jihad).

I'd think this is most likely the case, *but* it's not stated definitively anywhere in canon. It'd be unusual for an entire bloodhouse to have been completely taken over by another Clan, except in the case of Absorptions.
Which Clan does have the most Bloodnamed Pershaws in Invasion era? Jade Falcon or Star Adder?
We know very little about the Adders in the Clan Invasion era, so canonically the Jade Falcons currently have the most Bloodnamed Pershaws. A quick search shows the Falcons have Kael, Andrea, Beatrice and Micah all possibly bloodnamed at once, so that leaves 21 bloodcounts unaccounted for. Its entirely possible the Star Adders have those other 21, but we've yet to hear anything about them.
