(Answered) Are SPAs affected by loss of Attribute PreReq due to aging?

I just wanted to verify that an aging character can retain a previously-gained SPA, even after their attribute-scores fall below the SPA's Prereq due to aging, or other effects.  (IE, Prerequisites ONLY apply for gaining the SPA).

Ex:
Character age 40
Dex 5, Gunnery 5+
Weapon Specialist SPA (ToW p221)

Character ages to 41, Dex -50xp
Dex 4, Gunnery 5+
Weapon Specialist SPA?

To follow up: assuming one chooses not to, or can not, spend the 50xp to counter the exp loss in Dex Exp.

Correct, Aging and other effects can cause SPAs to go 'inactive' until you re-acquire the prerequisites.
