Wrong forum. This thing has too many guns to be noncombat :P

My dividing line on that is less about guns and more about construction rules - the way every other forum operates.  Otherwise we wind up getting to put things built as combat vehicles in here and combatant support vehicles have to be judged another way.

For example, where do police vehicles go?  Does an unarmed heavily armored SWAT van built as a combat vehicle go here or in the combat vehicle forum?  A monitoring VTOL with a couple of machine guns?

Simpler to just follow the construction rules.  Besides, this is a civilian vehicle - someone's SCA got a little too ambitious on "contributing to public defense".

EDIT: I also didn't see the board description, since it's not actually visible from anywhere but the Fan Designs forum.  And again, the intention in general seems to be by construction rules.  I'm not debating this any further - if a mod wants to move it, fine.

Do you have any other comments?

It's strictly TR B.  Torpedoes, like the missile launchers they're based on, are TR C.  Since this is supposed to be a riverine craft, the need for torpedoes should be fairly limited anyway.  The cargo is an artifact of originally designing the hull for a pair of Long Toms before I checked the necessary spaces and, if I were redesigning it, I'd probably reduce the size to around 250 tons - the minimum necessary for the spaces to fit all the equipment.
