Mobile Structures can mount Capital and Sub-Capital weapons, but only for surface-to-orbit attacks (with the exception that Cap/SubCap Missiles can be used for makeshift artillery attacks). No direct-firing a NAC/40 at an enemy BattleMech, unfortunately.

Maybe not on the same continent perhaps. Do we need rules for indirect capital weapons fire?
