WoB and Clantech

My question is simple: how/when did WoB get access to the Clantech we see in the Shadow Division RATs in Blake Documents?

The Word of Blake has gotten access to Clantech from their various battles and campaigns against forces who used Clantech (Clans, Wolf's Dragoons, various Houses).

But also remember that RATs are a gameplay tool, and the indication of a Mech on the list does not mean the Blakist has 2 gazillion of them.

Of course, and thanks for the reply.  Does that mean then that Clan tech on the WoB RATs can be taken as something as a placeholder?  So if I'm rolling on the RAT and I get a Stormcrow, its not so much a Stormcrow but a common Clan medium?
