Wiz kids Map of IS 3130 canon?

Is the 3130 map by Wiz Kids considered canon? There are some strange things about it like the unexplained dissapearance of Halfway and the new Worlds of Kerensky's Vision, Helios and Pegasi. Are all these things canon or subject to retcon?

it is 100% canon, yes. Everything on it is intentional  8)
