Sloth battle armour

In theory, Sloth battle armor was discontinued in 3060 when the Fenrir was unveiled.
But then we find two variants:
Record Sheets: 3085 Unabridged — Old is the New New --> From the Jihad
Record Sheets: 3145 New Tech, New Upgrades --> From the Dark Age

Both seem factory model. Maybe the first one could be an upgrade of the remaining ones, but the second other one, being from the Dark Age doesn't look like. It seems a new variant created in a factory. If yes, where are those factories?

Both models are refits, as mentioned in TR3085 p191 and TR3045 p208.
