So I'm trying to learn Strap Ops repairs rules and for performing maintenance, the table that has modifiers to the TN lists Tech Rating. In the give. Example of the Atlas and Clint undergoing maintenance, it lists them both at Tech Rating D. Earlier in the book I der Advamced unit construction it also lists Tech Ratings available in Tac Ops and Tech Manual books, but Tech Manual SEEMS to only list Tech Rating per piece of equipment and not by unit type and I dont have Tac Ops available.
Would anyone be able to point me to where I can find tech ratings for units?
