Pretty much deal as last year - play one match to get pretty good loot - its double the premium time and C-Bills of last year for one.

The concept of a gold-plated Corsair is funny. Kind of wish they went with a different Paint scheme this year, though.

Corsair odd choice of name of Mech, given it's a Aerospace Fighter. However, there also a Centurion Mech, Aerospace Fighter, (Weapon) as well.

I think it's neat idea of a franken mech design, but it's load out odd to me. Randall certainly wrote up nice fluff about it though.

At least the WHMIIc would be something I'd drive...unlike the Sunspider that has gathered dust in my mechbay for the past year.

Hoping the WHMIIc looks better in-game than concept art.

Corsair? Kinda meh about that one. Will see once the in-game model is available for review.

Yeah, I'm not really sure why I felt the need to point that specific one out, in hindsight, but whatever.

I'm also kind of sad they're going with the same paint scheme for these two again-I like gold, black, and red, but... Was kind of hoping for a less 'same-old' pattern.

I'm okay with the colour scheme since it can be repainted. My goal is to make the Corsair as hideous as possible and go around in my god-awful hero 'Mech I shall dub the Dieselnurdler.

Be funny to see if the bits and pieces the Corsair that look like junk would move on their own like flexing. Like bulldozer chest plate push out once and while lighting up. I know it's silly thought.

Endo and XL engines aren't. But since I'm at just under $80 million Cbills, I'll let it slide. Its just the Cicada-3F and that Scorpion heavy turned me off them.

I've been registered for MWO since before they released a beta. Logged in once when they had an event where you got a free mech(uziel?) just for logging in. Couldn't figure out how to do anything and I don't think I even ever got the mech. Maybe I'll give it another shot tonight.

I forgot how smooth and nasty my Bushwhacker (1XAC20, 1XSNPPC, 3X Flamer) build is.

Not killing the game, but... I still hold that LRM Scorches are Cancer.

Like, seriously... Twin LB20X+4SRM6, it's the easiest Brawler to facesplat with in the game. And facesplat brawling with it is much more fun. If you're hellbent on using lockons, just use ATMs or Streaks, people'll hate you less. But I completely sympathize with whoever said LRM boats are cancer, because they are incredibly annoying to fight.

I've been enjoying my Enforcer lately especially since I switched from dual UAC/5 to RAC/2. I have almost 2000 rounds of ammo and no matter how long I spew fire I still haven't run out of ammo but it is sooooooo much fun running around shooting people in the face with those tiny pop guns lol. If I could sport 5s on that chassis I would.

I've been rocking the damage with my Roughneck-1B.

It's a Light Mech Hunter.

280 Engine, Max Armor, 3x Light Machine Guns, 1 ER Med Laser (Head), 3x Streak SRM 4, 4 tons SSRM ammo in Legs, 2 ton Machin Gun Ammo in Arms, Laser AMS, and Beagle Probe in CT. Rest of Tonnage is double Heat Sinks.

This beast usually chases the little'uns away.
