It was mentioned by Randal a while back in a Battle Blog I believe but there has not been much mention of it in a while.

The game is on preorder from FRPgames.  Estimated ship date is November.

Yeah....

If you don't hear anything about it from CGL, it ain't happening. Basically, anytime you see something online...if it don't come from CGL, don't believe it.

Historical First and Second SW will pop next year :) I think it was said to be around the time IO drops or a little after. Its all in the latest dev blog along with HB Kurita.
