Light of Mankind Vanquisher VQR-7V
« on: 22 June 2013, 05:57:51 »
This is the Vanquisher all we true believers were waiting for ... forget those ridiculously large LGRs, teamed with the 'mighty'  ::) IS ERLl ... this is the beast!

Dual RACs, two LPPCs and an HPPC for fun ... massively armoured, capable of rocking your world. Oh, and he has leedle friends to play with!

Done my WoB Militia Level 3, so needed a non Militia, non-Shadow unit. Voila! Plus reading between the lines from XTRO:Phantoms, these might be Purifiers (Police) models ... or Purifier (Terra) models. Only their Precentor knows for sure!

The RACs came from MW:DA SalvageMechs, and are to size with the Reseen Rifleman's weapons. LPPCs from the DA Aesir, HPPC from bitz, and a washer between the hips & torso makes a nice difference IMO.

Comments as always welcomed,

W.

Blake's Blood!

Nice looking piece of kit.

Also, on the Purifier front: I've really liked the Terran police models, makes you wonder if the Republic adopted a lot for their own uses seeing how wide spread Purifiers seem to be post Jihad

You don't fight something like that. You call in artillery and hope a few shells hit its fat ass enough to kill it for you.

Great mod, WT! The cannons are perfect sized. Interesting how much a simple washer can help a miniature, if I ever do another Vanq I'll have to remember that.
