I agree this is not properly placed. Fan Articles is for discussions or long-form write ups of official material. Anything not officially released by Catalyst Game Labs or another licensee for the BattleTech tabletop game goes elsewhere.
The moderation staff is currently determining where best to put material of this sort going forward. Once we have an answer, we'll move the thread accordingly; it may not wind up being the MegaMek section.
