Hey, the issue has been raised on Sarna and I would like a little clarification if possible.
Field Manual Capellan Confederation has two units baring the name of Aldebaran Home Guard, one designated as the Aldebaran 12th Home Guard (Regiment attached to Vong's Grenadiers and the other as the Battalion sized 12th Aldebaran Home Guard (attached to Laurel's Legion).
In FM:3085 Vong's/Chao's Grenadiers support unit has changed to the 14th Aldebaran Home Guard whilst Laurel's Legion retains the 12th Aldebaran Home Guard.
Possible answers,
A) both 12th Aldebaran Home Guard and Aldebaran 12th Home Guard are canon units and the job of cappies quartermaster has got to be the worst job in the universe.
B) both units are the 12th Aldebaran Home Guard with a Battalion being on loan to the Legion and by 3085 the main regiment has rotated back home or been destroyed.
C) The unit attached to the Grenadiers has been retconed was "always" the 14th.
I know this is a rather minor detail but would greatly appreciate an answer so we can get the info wiki right.
