When parts are missing...

I got my order of Ares mechs and a few are missing some of their weapons or the variant was mispacked/labled wrong.

How can I go about getting this corrected?

Either email IWM or submit a CS ticket on the website.

And they have a ticket system on their website or you can just email ihaveaproblem@ironwindmetals.com
