The ATOW Companion has a few pieces as well, and the Handbooks do as well (though some of the Equipment from the Handbooks made it into the ATOW book...I'm pretty sure the CapCon gear didn't, and maybe some of the Periphery gear).

I was assuming A Time of War, but if you're interested in fluff, the 3d Edition Corebook and Lostech: The MechWarrior's Equipment Guide has the fluff for equipment, but obviously not all the modern stats.
