So ECCM Not only cancels an equipment it cancels the armor system benefits while the target gets all the penalties, such as heat, ECM effect on self, and huge penalty to BV.

Awesome.  Yet another reason no mech should EVER be without and ECM system.

Like any form of stealth (stealth armor, Chameleon, Void or Null Sig) and any type of C3 (C3, C3i, boosted C3), you can have one or the other working, not both.
