Vehicular Grenade Launcher and Missile Launchers are the weapon, so it is sure that it activates on the weapon attack.
And, since all attacks are simultaneous, I think that smoke/chaff(VGL) rounds are also pops at the end of the weapon attacks, thus the smoke generated by them have nothing to do with the attacks in the same phase that it was fired, right?
I think so but I just want to be sure.
