IWM Contact for bad product?

Help! My LRM Carrier has no turret!

Bought a pair of LRM carriers and one blister (fully sealed) is missing its top/turret. Who should I contact??

I was actually thinking about getting a couple sometime specifically to leave the turrets off so I could fashion AC/2 carriers, or even a mortar-carrier. (The spare turrets were then planned for fitting out as tower-top mounts). In case they send an entire new vehicle as the replacement and you still have a spare vehicle, give some thought to a custom build like that.
