Results inconclusive. There were often other teammates to account for.

I'd love to see what happens in a one-on-one duel, though. lol
Nobody honors the sacred ritual of zellbrigen these days.

I suspect the Black Hawk-KU will win more often than not in that setting, if for no other reason than the Inner Sphere tech base has better dueling tools at its disposal these days (ironically enough) but I might be surprised that the matchup is more even than it looks. Despite the side torso quirks, an Inner Sphere XL is still an Inner Sphere XL, so that vulnerability might be an equalizer here.
Well, the Black Hawk-KU is 60-tonner, and that means more armor and more internal structure. On the other hand, the Clan Omni runs Clan XLE and that is a serious advantage, even if the 'Mech itself sports less armor.

Did they ever correct the scaling / size issues with the Premium Phoenix Hawk and Rifleman?
They corrected the Premium Rifleman before they posted on the webstore, the currently available version is the same size as the BattleTech Essentials Rifleman. They said they fixed some of the problems with the Phoenix Hawk before the webstore release but I don't know the specifics.

Welp… a little over a month later, I’ve finished with the final season of The Expanse. My only regret is that I didn’t find the show sooner. I’m clearly going to have to track down the books to take care of the dangling plots, but it sounds like most fans of the series suggest starting from the first books

You can just jump from the show to book 7, they worked pretty hard to get the changes and plotlines original to the show to a point where there's minimal disruption.  Like, you should read all the books because they're great but you don't have to.

you kidding? even today i get case of giggles when i see those stereo types...one would think one would grow out of those but character and story wise i still like wb cartoons 1930 circa 1970 and btw disney was no better either or mgm ...then it is history we may not like it but have to accept it.

Accepting that something exists isn't the same as wanting to watch it.

Long Toms too ;)

Those are good for squishing battle armor, but they don't have the effect of "you are automatically dead, regardless of how much armor you have."

Don't be talking smack about our national hero, Texas Mack! He's the rootingest, tootingest Mechasaurus puncher West of the Pecos!

Fire-Resistant Armor shouldn't exist and stealth armor is much more interesting on top of being more fun.  Elemental IIIs 100%.

From the stats it looks like the ML/SRM are untouched & the AC v/s LL "could be" minimal.  Not sure if we ever saw a Shadow-2K in art w/ the PPC.

The LA ML is probably same as the RA one.  The LRM to SRM however could be different a lot.
The OG Hawk w/ its Drum launcher would be very changed.  Probably like the Head Launcher but turned sideways so its a Side-By-Side instead of Over/Under.
The new Hawk Art has it in the chest IIRC, so would likely just be reduced tubes.

Yeah, but the weapons are mostly concealed, and the armor's been revamped to look like a knight's suit of armor.

Bumped up to a 100-rating fusion engine, same as a Hornet, Gùn, or Crow scout helo.  Set it with four ambulance bays, each with one set of paramedic equipment assigned.  Figure you can use it to evac four patients with four separate paramedic crews.  Each bay not in use for medical relief can carry six passengers.

If you're sending this out to something like a rescue site, you're going to need to pair it with something that can handle moving wreckage around.  I figure that's something the Chaffee would shine at.
