Should I be able to log in with my forum username/password?

Does the MUL have restricted utility on mobile browsers? (if so why?).

There is no logging into the MUL, unless you are actually on the MUL team*. It's for making edits to the list.

That's because that feature is still producing problems on mobile devices and has, for the time being, been deactivated. Better to not have it than to have something that causes more grief than good.
