Honestly I would still like a map scale gazelle drop ship.

Add to this:

Map-scale Avenger with optional bomb bay (TRO 3057)
Map-scale Fury (TRO 3057)
Map-scale Condor/Dove (TRO 3057)
Map-scale  Leopard CV (TRO 3057)

also ... bits for map-scale Overlord HQ variant

I like all of these, but with the Cyclops HQ variant do you want it with or with out the command post set up?

Why not both? Do the mini so that the CCP can be attached to the 'mech or left off, much like the missile racks of the Dragon II mini, plus a bit that would be the CCP as a terrain piece.

This is the way to do it. I have not seen the Dragon II yet (wrong faction :D) and so far I only have one Panther company done for the 2SOL.

I'll have my own suggestions, but I would LOVE to see these fighters!
Especially if we got a Mk I and Mk II Hellcat!

Indeed! I want to see all the unreleased 2750 and 3075 fighters!

Any interest in the Pollux ADA tank?

...no relation of course...

I'm all for more 'Mech-scale fighters.  There are still Clan fighters from 3067 waiting to be made, not to mention the loads that came after.

Well...I thought it was supposed to fold-down when it was in transport mode? Like the mobile CP tents it's based on.

Agreed!  We can paint the different types to represent whatever factions we want, all on our own!
We just need a greater variety of them to work with.

That seems very reasonable to me and I just use NATO-style counters for my infantry.

Agreed! I've said this before, but the Black Wolf and Chuculain Battle Armors would be a dream come true! Fan financing will likely be the only way that we will ever see them too, so we might as well get started now.  ;)

I think that's pretty reasonable!
Who cares what kind of helmet they have on at 1/285?
I use Kuritan infantry for my Merc company and just made sure they are painted diferently to those my usual opponents use (they usually use the Kuritan infantry too, paradoxically because they are the most uniform...)

I would also like to see jump infantry.

Unless they've changed their minds, the "Variant Bits Issue" was addressed back in January when this thing started.

Any way to handle small variant parts? Examples that I keep eyeing up are simple things like a wasp arm with the dual lasers (3S) or the missile launcher and new arm for the newer mml/lppc wasp (8T). Or some more omni parts for the clan omnis.
It needs to be discussed to determine the best way to handle something like that. As of now we are looking at more new minis or variant (more then just a arm) that people want done.

It's still something I'm interested in.

ATM; both the Highlander and Flashman saw variant parts included in the sculpt, so we know there is interest.

The difference between 'new sculpt with some variant bits while we're at it' and 'solo variant bits for an existing sculpt', is, well, it's wider than the current fan-funding project's scope.

I wonder if we will be allowed to fan fund the classic minis?

I would be keen to assist in bring all the classic into pewter reality. Although I do note that the sculptor for the new classics will be Sentinel373 not B-3.

As of now they would be not be a valid fan funding item. In the future that can change.
