A typical loadout aboard a Seeker Dropship is Light/Medium VTOLs in the ratio of 12 light/28 medium VTOLs for a combat-oriented force or 28 light/12 medium VTOLs in a scout-oriented force, not including spare airframes kept in reserve in storage.

The "Dirt-Cheap Utility VTOL" is used in low-threat garrisons as a replacement for most conventional military garrison vehicles, especially on the lighter end.  Since garrisons don't see a lot of active fighting, the Utility VTOLs are most frequently used in peace-time configurations for disaster response and for construction projects.  Between avoided damages due to disaster response and economic activity brought by the projects, the omni-VTOLs pay for themselves within a few years.

Edited the OP with yet another Omni-VTOL, this time representing a light-weight, low-end, cheap garrison helicopter.

I am finding the Dirt-cheap one to be quite impressive, I often find myself stuck in thinking in front-line designs, so a good garrison design is nice to see.
