Order Never Delivered

On Janurary 12th I placed an order for some models.
On Janurary 28th it was set to arrive by the USPS.
After the order never arrived I sent a help ticket around Feb. 02nd talking about the issue and never received a response.
On Feb. 07th I left a message on FB about the issue.

This is my next avenue to try to get a hold of a representative to try and figure out what is going on with my order. The charges have went through, if any proof is needed for the purchase and I also still have the order number / receipt.

I would appreciate some sort of communication with this issue as I enjoy IWM and the service you provide and would like to continue to paint new models and make new orders.

Important detail: This forum is run by Catalyst Game Labs, and doesn't actually have anything to do (beyond being big fans) with Iron Wind Metals. Hopefully one of their folks will see this, but the powers that be here don't actually have anything to do with what goes on at IWM.

They do tend to be pretty good about customer service though, so I'm sure they'll resolve this as soon as they find out.
