Title: Missing and minor sub-affiliations

Neither A Time of War or Era Report 3052 give a Draconis Combine sub-affiliation for the Alshain District, has anyone come up with a homebrew? Does an earlier era book provide for the Rasalhague District that might substitute? I have in mind a Swedenese character whose family would have served in the Rasalhague Regulars and continued with the DCMS after the FRR was formed, so I figure they'd have been assigned to Alshain :\

And also neither provide for the Duchy of Orloff, any homebrew for that? And speaking of which is there much information about this FWL principality, language, culture, etc? It sounds like they're quite aristocratic, quasi-Renaissance Italy/Germany maybe but I can't tell beyond that.

Two options present themselves.

1. Era Report 2750 has something for Rassalhague District.

2. You could just use the changing affiliation rules in AToW and the appropriate data in Era Report 3052.

For the FWL, there's a "Other FWL worlds" sub-affiliation...
