That is a cool banner.  And I didn't even notice the omission until it was pointed out, because it's undeniably Clan Nova Cat.  But what could it say?  Clan Nova Cat/Never Forget would possibly be one.    Not that it needs anything, because the sad catgirl does say it all.

But anyway, just wanted to throw in an thought on the Brett Andrews idea:  maybe it might go better with "I smell your taint".  Because that's creepy enough to match the eyes and the WoR theme is served well.  Also, he's got a more aggressive outward stare in his portrait from ER: 3062 if that could become part of the composition and if possible or needed to fill out the work, that's cool too.

He will still do it for you if you want.  After all, there are banners for the Star League and other factions which have been gone/renamed a lot longer.

Heck month is almost over and I'll try to get to those in queue as soon as possible. In the meantime, I have made a few sig bars (which are a lot easier and less time consuming than a faction banner) on my other thread.

For the Fronc Reaches, a banner with the FR flag in the middle, and on either side of it: "We are a Free People" and "We Intend to Stay that Way"

And a banner for the Calderon Protectorate. As far as I can tell, it's the same symbol as the Taurian Concordat, but with the gold stars replaced by black stars. Maybe just something in your classical style, with the text "The Soul of the Taurian People". I can't think of anything particularly good though, that doesn't come off as too cheesey. Maybe It's better reserved for a signature bar rather than a full on banner unless there's a good idea for text.
