After Drewbacca's excellent unit insignias thread and his (indirect) challenge to flesh out a unit out of them, let's see what we can collectively do taking on The Men with No Name as a popular unit.

Mercs With No Name.



A company coming from Eastwood, a penal planet. How they got their mechs is quite unclear, but none of the pilots has ever told their true name to anyone. Might be their fellonious past or a regimental policy. The leader is known only by his mechwarrior name: Blondie. Surprisingly for a hard hitting unit like his, Blondie pilots a Clint.

Bad: Banshee
Ugly: Thunderbolt
Lion: Victor

Morricone: Shadow Hawk
Fistful: Quickdraw
Dollar: Steiner Griffin
Spaghetti: Marik Wolverine

Pale Rider: Archer
Unforgiven: Jagermech (LRM)
Torino: Swayback (LRM)
Dirty: Hunchback

Madison: Grasshopper
Cadillac: Battlemaster
Line of Fire ("Line" for short): Davion Marauder
B-Heart: Centurion


Armoured support:
Kelly:
Oddball
Big Joe
Gutowski

Aaaaaaaannnnd, with this we fleshed out one regiment, with plenty of potential recruits awaiting in Eastwood. Now we just need to decide on mechs for each one.
Blondie pilots a Clint. What about the others? :P

Oddball: Vedette modified to look like a Manticore. or even a Ferret modified to look like a Demolisher
Big Joe: Goblin SRM
Gutowski: Patton (unreliable one)

got to make a few changes
Oddball = Scorpion modified to look like a Patton
Gutowski = Marksman or Ballista Self-Propelled Artillery Tank
Crapgame = Heavy Hover APC
