There aren't any.

They are more a tool for a GM or for a scenario.
Any way, you can calculate some of the modifiers that the cyberware adds.
Like adding c3i to a ba squad.
Or the tmm +1 to a ba squad.
The more easy is the vdni, just increase the normal skill by one.
Things like this.
