Are nylon brushes any good?

So found a kickstarter for Ghost Brush. Haven't found much information (google fu failure?). At any rate, the KS is funded plus some so all pledges get an additional set of 8. Price isn't bad but not sure if the brushes themselves would be any good for mini use.

Never know I suppose. I've just never been able to keep a synthetic brush in shape for any period of time that was under, say, a size 2 or 3. They always start hooking and losing their tips.
