Looking for a MW3 or AToW game

Been gaming for years and have always enjoyed the BT universe. Played BT in Germany when it first came out and was tickled when they came out with the first rule set for an actual RPG. Anyway, I was wondering if there are any RPG groups out there looking for a player? The (very) few I managed to find always did a sort of half and half RPG then typical BT game over Roll20. I'm more interested in just doing the RPG side of it. Maybe a group of LosTech prospectors found a cache of Star Leagues battlesuits, a dropshuttle, some spare parts and decided to take small operations or continue the exploration for lost systems. Lors knows there are a huge number, especially of you look at Amaris' old empire.

That is what my hope is, to find a game that is the RPG side compared to a melding. I really like the 3rd edition and rolling to see what happened in a term but that is just personal.

I tried Roll20 when it first came out, but after a couple of months an "upgrade" to their end made it stop working on my computer.

Still no luck with finding a game. They few I have found want to split between AToW and regular battletech mechs stomping around. I'm not really looking for that. I want to play a game that is doing the RPG side and at the most finding the old Star League battlesuits.

Can you make a 'face' character and set up benefits for the group in regards to the upcoming fight, then basically leave early when the Mech fight occurs knowing you have done your part?  Or just make an LRM support Mech, and your fellow players run that Mech in a battle since you collected the cash and are doing the food run for the group?
