(Answered) Stealth Armor with Clan ECM

I'm using older sourcebooks, so I'm not sure if this has been answered yet in newer ones. For Vehicular or 'Mech Stealth Armor, can a Clan Standard ECM suite, Watchdog CEWS, or Nova CEWS take the place of a Guardian ECM?

yes it can. But while the Stealth armor is active, Nova CEWS acts as if it's under a hostile ECM field, and cannot be a part of an active C3 network.
