Title: (Answered) Negative trait xp's above the tp value

What should we do when optimizing our characters if we have more negative xp assigned to a negative trait than the traits tp value allows for?

For example, A character that takes the Police intelligence school and then the covert ops stage 4 end up with 410 in for life points.

Hello,

Per p. 85, the excess negative XPs must be bought off using positive XPs.

Now I feel like an idiot!!   :-[ I read that section over and over trying to find the answer and somehow missed that paragraph every time.
