As a non Quebecer/Quebecois, what is Happy Moving Day? Unless you mean the typical, End of the Month Migration everyone does at some time of moving from one residence to another

By tradition, yearly rents are up July 1st here, it's a strange ballet of peoples moving out/going in their old/new apartment or house. It is also celebrated by a lot of pizza washed with beer.  ;D
