(Answered) Maintenance time for Field Guns/Artillery
« on: 28 December 2015, 13:00:47 »
What's the maintenance time for a field gun or field artillery?  Times are listed for motorized and mechanized squads, which would be the basis for a field gun or artillery, obviously, but does the gun or artillery piece require extra maintenance time?

Thanks.

Hi.  Thanks for your patience.  Unfortunately, getting rulings for the maintenance stuff is tricky.  I'll see what I can do for you once the rules backlog on a few other things clears a bit, in a couple of weeks or so.

Cheers.

No problem and thanks.

I'm guessing the answer is probably going to just be "use the times already written for motorized and mechanized," but figured I'd check to see if maybe the gun and trailer add an extra something on top.

The artillery piece requires no additional maintenance. This is why the unit uses the Motorized/Mechanized category, to represent the artillery piece and all the equipment to support and move it.
