(Answered) Wheeled/Tracked Trailers and Limited/Fully Amphibious chassis

As title says. Can these vehicles have it, even if they have 0 MP? If so, are they also able to have the tractor with Amphibious chassis on water as well?

Yes, wheeled and tracked trailers can have Fully Amphib chassis but not Limited Amphib chassis.  They can only be pulled by wheeled/tracked/naval (boat/submarine) type vehicles.
