Trial of Position

Who fights in it? Obviously, the candidate but are the other three 'mechs are piloted by bondsmen, solahma (sp), warriors or other candidates? Does this vary from clan to clan (and possibly over time within a clan)?

Hello,

In a typical Trial of Position, the opponents are proven, active-duty warriors, not bondsmen, solahma, or other candidates. Few Clans vary this, as far as I know.
