WoB NPC's Needed

My little band of deviant guns-for-hire are in WoB Space, and I just can't for the life of me remember where I saw info for servants of The Master.

Needing this as they are going to make a "Special Friend" who is Pre-MD...  His build is needing some crazed cosmetics.

Any ideas where I can find their kit?

Let me clairify...  I'm hunting for their Specific Modifications such as VDNI and all that happy jazz.
If you can site the book it's in, I'd be Most appreciative.
