We should cobble it together from parts of other articles.  :D

I would like to request the Vindicator.  According to the article directory (and verified with a search), there isn't an MotW post for it on this iteration of the forums.

I'll take this... I'm doing so many Capellan 'Mechs anyway.

Just thought I'd pitch in to get subbed to the thread.

I'm about half done with my Falconer article but life has got very complicated for me since the summer and I haven't touched it for ages.  I hope to be able to settle down and get it finished over Christmas and should have something for submission in January.

I fell out of favour with heaven somewhere, so I'm here for the hell of it now...

I think you're thinking of the Cataphract.

The Vindy isn't quite cobbled together. At least it doesn't really use other 'Mechs as a base but i'll concede it is cobbled together from what the Cappies had at hand...

Cobbling the article together from others would be a fun exercise, certainly. I'll see what i can do.

I think I was the one to write the last version.  I can look and see if I was and get you the source tonight if you want it.

If you have it, you might just update it if it lacks newer variants and post it in January or whenever there's an open slot (if you have time, of course).

Nope, that's not one of mine.  I did the Enforcer at one point a long time ago which, being the Vindy's sort of counterpart might be why I thought I'd done the Vindicator.

I will be late on my article planned for tomorrow, for... reasons.

You guys remember my Banshee article?  This one is, uh, bigger.

Gonna clean up the schedule post in a bit. I'm assuming at this point that the article from over the weekend isn't getting put up (REALLY wish I'd been told so I could have put up the Apollo), and we're set for the Glass Spider from Empyrus for the 6th. I've finished up the Kodiak for the 13th, so that's all set, and I'll try to get my Commando article intended for last week finished up and put on for sometime in February.

If anyone sees a spot they want to jump in for an article in February/March, let me know and I'll add you onto the schedule. Looking forward to the Glass Spider! (Wondering if this will cover the original Galahad as well?)

Oh- before I forget. We have a LOT of good articles claimed by people who haven't done any work on them. If you have an article claimed, PLEASE work on it sometime, get on the schedule! I'll be contacting people coming up to see if they're still working on this, or if those articles should be added to the 'requested' queue instead. There's no shame in not having the time to work on this, but if you can't do so let someone else get it done.

My apologies on that one.  I thought a month would be enough to type it up. :-[

No apology needed! Just know in the future that this is why I have a buffer article built- in case ANYONE finds that they can't get an article done and needs a substitute. If the Apollo gets used sometime, then I'll build another buffer and have it ready again- that's the whole idea. Real life happens, after all!

There's a chance i can't post the Galahad (both the Spheroid mech and Glass Spider) because my hybrid PC's power button may have been broken. I'll know tomorrow... Err, later today. Right now i gotta go sleep.

Really screwed here if it is broken... I can't do anything important on my phone...

Want to just swap weeks then? Do yours next week and I'll post the Kodiak?

Just wanting to reaffirm my "reservation" of the three listed 'Mechs. Won't be doing them anytime soon, they will be done when I need to overcome writer's block on a project (the WVR caused me to tackle my IrTech writing!) or when there is a lull. ;)

Haven't started on them apart from the HNT, which will be a minor article compared to the other...

I got this thing working... fortunately. Not being able to post an article would have been least of my worries.
So, yeah, Galahad tomorrow, at some point.

Kodiak will be posted either late Thursday or early Friday, depending on what time I get home (and exhaustion level) on Thursday.

Schedule's pretty open for a while coming up, so if anyone has an article they want to get in there, now's the time to speak up. (If you're not on the schedule, poke me and I'll edit you on there)

I've got nothing for now, not exactly in mood for BattleTech at the moment. Gotta recharge from Christmas... As holidays go, it is more stressing than relaxing.

Once i get started writing my articles, they'll be done quickly. Gonna take a month or two though, probably.

Updates continue as I hear back from people, thank you to those I've been able to confirm with. Added a March article for myself (Sirocco) as well, because I inexplicably love that old lummox.

Make some appropriate comparison to AT-ATs.  (Also, BT WiGEs approximate Star Wars airspeeders pretty well actually...)

Damn... that was one I was thinking about doing sometime. OK, adding it to the emergency queue.
