Hi. I am not sure if this is where this post goes... to be honest, I don't really know where I should post this.
I am curious how long orders typically take from the Catalyst Games storefront. I placed an order two weeks ago and downloaded the app it tells you to download to track the order, two weeks later it still says "Order Placed". I tried contacting Catalyst via email a week ago and have not heard anything from them either.
