On page 52 of the sixth printing of
Tactical Operations: Advanced Rules, the following rule is provided under "High Atmosphere":
Airships: Each .1-bar atmosphere above 1.2 increases an Airship’s carrying capacity by 10 percent (round down).
This raises a few questions.
First,
what exactly are the pressure thresholds for each category of atmosphere? When does High Atmosphere become Standard or Very High?
Second, while not technically a rules question,
shouldn't atmospheric pressure be provided in pascals (the SI unit)? That would also avoid confusion with Barrier Armor Rating (BAR). It's an easy switch, too: 0.1 bar equals 10 kPa.
