(Answered) Can a grounded ASF make a control roll/be out of control?

Say an aerospace fighter is landed on the ground and takes a Control critical hit. What happens?

Is there random movement on the ground? What modifiers apply?

Aerospace units cannot go out of control while grounded, and Control critical hits have no effect in that situation.
