« on: 28 January 2011, 14:58:04 »
I sent in an order over a week ago, and left a phone message, but I havn't heard back.

How long does this usually take?

okay, did you do your order by mail, phone, or through thier catalog?

you should have gottena confirmation email if you did it through thier website, and the longest I have had to wait for a delivery has been 18 days unless it is close to convention season.

I ordered through their online website and within 24 hours I received a confirmation that they have received my order. Then about a week later, within 24 hours of my paypal echeck clearing, I received a notice of my order having shipped! Patience is a virtue but these guys are pretty good on speed so don't sweat it! It'll happen :)

I always order from the website and it rarely takes over a week for the stuff to arrive on my doorstep. They may just be busy at the moment too.

Week to two weeks for me, up to a month if I order from the archives I've noticed.
I don't set an example for others. I make examples of them.
