Equipment rating for the Dark age is the same as the Clan invasion?

I was going over the equipment rating rules on page 255 of AToW just now. We know equipment is available in different legalities and availabilities across three different eras: up to 2800, from 2800 through 3050, and from 3051 onward.

That means that tech has not changed for AToW non-mech people since the Clan invasion, even if players are in the year 3145: the dark age.

Is there an expansion someplace to give us AToW players new tech for out of 'Mech stuff?
