Your choice: the cockpit of the Landing Craft, the troop compartment, or on watch.

Alright, so where would we MechWarriors be?
We secretly replaced them with coffee rations to see if anyone noticed the difference.

Just to be a little clearer, if you want in on the conversation about the report, the cockpit of the Landing Craft is the place to be... :)

The more I think about it, I think Ramjet would sleep in his 'Mech, as it already has AC. Also to free up some room for the others.

sometime it important to find a flat place to camp out, instead sleeping in a chair.

not that Smoke hasn't done it before himself

No worries, Daryk.  We all have lives, it's treat when someone posts their story bits.  :smilie_happy_thumbup:

A quick note on remote sensors: AToW page 305 lists all the kinds of sensors there are.  Acoustic isn't one of them, but maybe that's what "Motion" sensors are.

I was thinking like a Microphone Bug page 304. The idea was to also maybe learn what the intent is, any orders being given, etc

Hmmm.. the bug only has a 5 meter range, but I see the directional microphone has 100 meter range.  Warrant Cantrell (the S2) might have one of the latter squirreled away in one of the cargo containers, but probably not more than that.

EDIT: Crossed wires with the other game for a minute there... :p

Getting closer to done!  Ice was picked up on Galatea (like Smoke), and doesn't much talk about her work prior to that, though she speaks passable German.  She's pretty good with myomer, and her Whitworth ("Snowflake") has Vestigial Hands (the 0-point quirk) as a result (so THAT's how the Whitworth was able to pack up its chute!).  It also has LRM-5s in place of the LRM-10s, which allows it to carry a third ton of ammo (Smoke, of course).  There's a stray half ton we're still hammering out...

As far as Smoke's requested changes (pulling the SRM-4 and ammo for 2 Mediums and a Heat Sink), it looks like Class B refits all the way, so:
Remove Ammo bin in LT: 120 minutes
Install Heat Sink in LT: 90 minutes
Remove SRM-4 in CT: 120 minutes
Install Medium Laser in CT: 120 minutes
Install Medium Laser in CT: 120 minutes
Class B Time Modifier: 3
Total Minutes for Refit: 1,710 (28.5 hours, potentially broken up into a 10.5-hour day, a 12-hour day, and a 6-hour day)

Further good news: Since the unit obtained a Heat Sink and a Medium Laser from Renzi's crew, it only takes one of the unit's own spare Medium Lasers to make work.  The only hard spot is finding the time to down the Panther... ;)
