I've been making up NPCs for a campaign, and discovered that "Civilian Job", "Travel" and "Ne'er Do Well" don't really fit for crash survivors in the Periphery. So, taking cues from the Back Woods Stage 2 and 3 Modules, here's the "Shipwrecked" Stage 4 Module:
