archive fee still waved?

are archive fees being waved for online orders still? my cart shows charges. :-\
...and if so, how long will this last?

No.  New archived mechs canbe purchased from IWM's online catalog, but you must pay the fee.  However, every month IWM is releasing several designs without the fee.  You can find this month's online exclusives here:

i understand how it works, but the front page says "Battletech Specials Purchase Archived Miniatures without the Archive Fee."

That refers to the 'Archive Special Return' miniatures that they cycle in occasionally. Not all archived ones.
