"Platoon" "Leader"

MekHQ v0.43.1-git.

I'm about four game-years into an AtB campaign.  I've previously hired a platoon of foot/MG infantry and a platoon of jump/rifle infantry; both are still on payroll.  Recently, I've noticed than when soldiers come up in the personnel market, they're solo troops - none of them come with associated platoons.

Further: I set the personnel market to a targeted recruitment roll for soldiers and advanced to the next refresh.  Two soldiers without associated platoons were generated for hire.  Nothing was added to the log file.
