I can't seem to find anything on this. As I'm currently playing in a Campaign Game, and a Mech without a Pilot is currently sitting on an Insurgent's IED trap. The Mech itself would sustain over 20 points of damage, but there's no Pilot to make a PSR. Does the Mech automatically fall?

I would say yes, 20+ forces a PSR regardless of situation if there's no pilot no one can make that roll.

This is the exact same situation as if the 'mech were shut down or the mechwarrior unconscious. No roll, the 'mech just falls.
But as a matter of fact I was quite busy getting potty-trained at the time and had no time for interstellar politics.- ykonoclast

A mech who's pilot is not in it at the time would presumably be shut down anyway.
