Inner Sphere AMS has conflicting recovery dates. TechManual (pg 204) says it is brought back by the FedCom in 3040. But Interstellar Operations: Alternate Era's big table of tech progression (pg 29) says it was brought back by the Capellans in 3045. How do we get things to line up?
